What is your primary product or service?
Jody's Pantry Catering is a full-service catering company bringing to the table everything our clients need to host the "perfect occasion." From high-quality organic scratch made foods to equipment ranging from linens to tents we are can assist with every aspect of your event planning process.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our catering company grew from our historic restaurant location and Jody's bakery. Now members of the International Caterer's Association, we have really grown to love creating memories for our clients.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
At Jody's Pantry Catering our focus has always been quality menus, with a total dedication to sustainable and organic products that are created from scratch in our house kitchens- you will not find mass-produced foods at our events. Additionally, we consider ourself one-stop as we create award winning wedding cakes, supply specialty linens, offer event planning services through our in-house Event Specialists, and can pretty much do it all!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have three exclusive catering locations, an event room at our catering kitchen facility, and a mobile kitchen box truck. We are currently preparing plans to open another facility, as well as take on several more exclusive catering venues.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, money order, and credit cards. Business accounts, once established with our company, are offered payment terms.
Which areas do you service?
We service a wide area throughout Pittsburgh, Butler, Cranberry, New Castle, Sharon, Hermitage, Grove City, Mercer, and portions of North East Ohio.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Richard and Jody Wimer are the owners of Wimer Holdings Corporation which operates Jody's Pantry Catering.
What are your hours of operation?
Consults are by appointment only, and the life of a caterer is never set in firm hours as we work many 16 hour days.
